5-Year Leadership Development Program (2014-2019)
Program Overview
The Leadership Training Service (LTS) was a comprehensive 5-year development program that I participated in from 2014 to 2019. This program was designed to cultivate leadership skills, team management capabilities, and organizational development expertise among young individuals.
Throughout this intensive program, I developed essential leadership qualities that have been instrumental in my professional journey, including my current role as Team Lead at Código Maestro and various leadership positions in academic and professional settings.
